Dragonica PH CBT/OBT Client Download [Direct Download]

*Tenen update!*

I’m going to play Dragonica this summer, and to help out with the distribution of CBT/OBT client installers, I decided to upload a copy as well.

Important Notes:
1. This is a direct download link. Just copy-paste the URL to a download manager and you can resume it anytime you want.
2. You cannot play the game as of yet. The servers are not yet up, so wait for an official announcement from e-Games for the CBT launch date.
3. If you encounter any installation problems, just leave a comment here, or post in this thread at the Dragonica Official Forums.
4. Spread the link and try to upload your own installer to help with the client distribution. ^^

Download the CBT/OBT client here!

The only moment I had doubts over my name.

I stumbled across one segment in a GMA talent show Diz Iz It! and I happened to view one of the contestant interviews made. The interviewee is a short afro guy with big shades and cladding the 70′s outfit. This is how it went (most likely, I think, since I ain’t an audio recorder):

Bayani: Akala ko estudyante ka pa lang, yun pala tatay ka na!
Contestant: Opo, may anak na po ako, 1 year old… di pa po nabibinyagan.
Bayani:  Ah, ganun ba? Lalaki ba o babae?
Contestant: Opo, babae po.
Bayani: Eh kung papabinyag mo na yung anak  mo, anong pangalan ang gusto mong ibigay sa kanya?
Contestant: Althea po.

Me:

Starbucks: Because anyone can afford them.

This could have been a better tag for this motivational poster, but since some people love to brag about this “bonggang kape,” I decided to turn to my sarcastic side and give them their just desserts.

Post-Valentines Day Report

Parang event report lang. Haha.

It’s been months since my blog inactivity. I guess I can blame it on two things: work and laziness. But since I have some time to kill since we’re having a holiday tomorrow, I decided to log in my page and make a mini update. It kinda took me a while though, since I forgot both my username and password. LOL.

Well… today’s Valentines Day and I never expected myself to be a part of what some people call to be “cheesy romantics.” To put a better definition to this, I personally brand them (including myself) as the types of people who go all out on February 14, wearing red clothes, carrying flowers and other treats. For the past years, my boyfriend and I prefer to go on a separate date, feeling that this specific day is getting along the lines of being “stereotypical.” <_< But after a few years, we just decided to go out today just for the heck of it. :) )

We didn’t go out all by ourselves, though. We had two more people in company, and we initially called our get-together as “Carbonara Day.” It’s kinda fun to share the day of hearts with other people, knowing at least there are more interesting topics to talk about and people to make fun of.

The only photo I took this Valentines Day. Woot.

Anyway, we ended up eating in Pizza Hut Bistro Oasis at Gateway, Cubao. The ambiance is kinda good for dating couples, with the mellow music, glimmering lights and all. We thought we could never say anything negative against the restaurant… until we found out that they don’t serve any carbonara, that it takes ages to cook the food, and this certain fun incident called “The Credit Card Change.” I think Alex will be the one to blog about this one, since I believe he’ll be the one who can give proper justice to the story. XD

Aside from those things, everything went smooth. I got to abuse the WiFi service of the mall, strolled around, and dropped my jaw at the DJ Max Technika player at Timezone. I’d consider this day to be a little weird, yet fun because of the things that happened.

As for the pictures, I guess I can also blame it upon laziness that I didn’t even bother to bring my camera to capture those moments. I’ll just end this blog post with a laugh.

Harharhar.

Cosmania!

It’s better late than never. Been busy for the past few weeks since I’m almost out of my NEET life. D:

Two Sundays ago became my first decent cosplay-centered event I have ever attended. Cosmania 2009 was sponsored by numerous online gaming companies and media partners and was filled by cosplay afficionados from different walks of life. My “anticipation” for the event was exaggeratingly high, as I came as early as 9:00 AM, getting a good glimpse of Megatrade Hall 3 before people were allowed to enter.

Very few people went in early, but the crowd started to pile up around afternoon. There were a lot of neat things inside the venue – anime merchandise, CD’s, cosplay items, stuff toys, food, and of course, cosplays! I took a few photos of some of them which I find cool and uploaded them at my Facebook album. Two of them became my instant fave not because of the craftmanship of the costume, but they look really good on them, like really!
