Stumbling on one of CM Mei Yan’s plurks, I read about something that could possibly give me an Advance Pass to Zhu Xian Online CBT.
I read the mechanics at her blog, and in seconds, I became all fired up in joining the contest and submitting my own fan fiction. As I was typing my first paragraph, I suddenly remembered my first fanfic ever made as an entry for a CBT pass — that was around… 3-4 years ago, in RF Online.
…as I typed the last few words, it made me google my first fanfic, and guess what, I found it! XD
Truth be told, I named my blog after this entry. :3
I tried reading my fic, and it brought me a lot of memories, especially the people I met during RF CBT. It was a nice community, very different from the RF I’m seeing today. Anyway, putting that aside, reading it made me hesitate a bit… can I be able to make a fanfic as good as this again?
I thought… if I made my way through 3 years ago, I would have confidence this time in Zhu Xian. However, another part of me is yelling, ‘girl, you were this good?! What happened to you?’ Gah, I dunno if I can finish this all the way. >____<
I got until November 3. I need to get more ideas to make this thing better. D:
